  • We know that change doesn’t happen by waiting. It happens by taking action. This International Women's Day, we’re joining the global movement to #AccelerateAction and speed up progress for women in leadership. Because at the current rate, it will take until 2158 to reach full gender parity, and that’s simply too long. Accelerating action means: ? Equipping women leaders with the coaching and tools they need to break through barriers and accelerate their impact. ? Eliminating biases in hiring, promotions, and leadership development to create a more equitable workplace. ? Advocating for policies like paid family leave, pay equity, and mentorship programs that drive real progress for gender parity. We’re striking the #AccelerateAction pose because we believe in real progress, right now. Will you join us? #InternationalWomensDay #IWD2025 #WomenInLeadership #LeadershipDevelopment #WomenAtWork
