As a dually authorized Community Improvement Corporation, this not-for-profit corporation has been organized for the purpose of advancing, encouraging, and promoting the industrial, economic, commercial, and research development of our local communities and of Henry county. The mission of the CIC is to retain, expand, and attract capital investment and jobs to Napoleon and Henry County. Strategies used to implement our mission include the use and promotion of local, state, and federal; financial assistance, tax incentives, and training/technical assistance programs.

Today we got to highlight some of Henry County's successes to Lydia Mihalik, Ohio Department of Development and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful fall day! We loaded up on one Henry County Transportation Network's buses and toured a few areas within the county. One of our highlights was the new Maumee Valley Group facility built in the Village of Florida. Not only was this project a great addition to the village, but it earned recognition from the Ohio Land Bank Association as Project of the Year for 2023, so we had to show it off! ?? Thank you to everyone who attend with us today; Estee Blair, Dennis Miller, J. Andrew (Andy) Small, Joe Bialorucki, John (Ross) Durham, Glenn Miller, Lori Siclair, Kylie Ziegler, Scott Ryan, Julie Kirk and of course Director Lydia Mihalik.
