The Joint Community Police Partnership (JCPP) is seeking a Joint Community Police Partnership Liaison to facilitate positive dialogue and collaborative working relationships between the community and local police departments. This JCPP Liaison will collaborate with the Crystal Police Department and its residing residents. This JCPP Liaison will evaluate community needs and coordinate activities that foster relationship building among all stakeholders, including facilitating communication through a Multi-Cultural Advisory Committee, plan, and support community engagement events, serve as a mentor for police department cadets, and respond to critical situations that occur in the community related to law enforcement. As a Juvenile Correctional Officer, you are responsible for the health, welfare, and programming of pre-adjudicated youth in a secure detention setting. The Juvenile Detention Center (JDC) is a Minnesota Department of Corrections licensed facility for youth ages 10 to 18+. Residents are not sentenced but are pending disposition of their court cases.
