HJA had the opportunity to provide geotechnical services for this awesome project in Austin. Can't wait to see it finished!
CPM is proud to be serving as the Owner’s Representative for Riverside on the 7618 Burnet multifamily project, located just south of Northcross Mall, in the Allandale neighborhood of Austin. The project consists of two 5-story midrise wrap-style apartment buildings with a total of 300 units, wrapped around a precast parking garage. Three amenity courtyards, a swimming pool, and a dog park will support the residents of this infill apartment project. Construction commenced in March of 2024 and is well underway with framing nearing completion on the first building, to be followed by dry-in and MEP activities. Erection of the precast parking garage structure was also recently completed. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2026. Together with HN Capital Partners, we’re proud to introduce Hi Line Square: a transformative mixed-use development that is set to redefine the future of this iconic neighborhood. Designed by Perkins&Will the project will feature a 17-story office tower with 186,000 square feet of office space complete with hospitality-inspired amenities, a 30-story residential tower with 300 thoughtfully designed units—including Dallas’ highest swimming pool—and 45,000 square feet of retail, showroom and restaurant space integrated into a vibrant public plaza.
