We're proud to share that our president and current Chair of the ABC National Board of Directors, Buddy Henley, recently attended Central Florida's Excellence in Construction Banquet! It was an inspiring evening celebrating outstanding achievements within the construction industry. We're honored to have Buddy represent ABC and Henley at such a prestigious event. His leadership continues to impact the industry both locally and nationally, advancing it for all.

Henley Construction is in Scottsdale, AZ, attending the ABC Leadership Conference, and we're excited to bring back new skills and strategies to elevate our work and strengthen our client relationships! The conference started with an inspiring Opening Keynote from Greg "Boss" Wooldridge, retired Commanding Officer of the Blue Angels. He shared powerful insights on how to "Soar to Peak Performance" and the essential skills needed to build high-performance teams that consistently exceed expectations. Celebrating Careers in Construction with Montgomery College Last Wednesday, Greg Ramirez proudly represented Henley at Montgomery College's "Celebrating Careers in Construction" event as a valued construction partner and an alumnus! Montgomery County Council member Marilyn Balcombe presented a proclamation recognizing the hard work of current construction students, alumni, and local construction partners. Together, we celebrate the vital role that construction trades play in strengthening our economy by providing excellent jobs, benefits, and important career pathways. Neelsville Middle School Project Update We’re thrilled to announce that phase two of our project at Neelsville Middle School is officially underway! The demolition of the old school has begun, marking a step forward in our mission to create a complete state-of-the-art facility for the community. We are also happy to report that phase one was completed this summer, and students, teachers, and staff are enjoying their new building! Our team remains committed to ensuring a safe and efficient process as we work through phase two, clearing the site and constructing the new athletic fields and tennis courts. Stay tuned for updates as we transform the Neelsville Middle School site.
