Last week, Hengstler-Dynapar kicked off 2025 with two incredible Sales events in North America and EMEA, paving the way for an exciting year ahead. In Wilmington, NC, the North America Sales organization braved unseasonably cold weather—and even snow for the first time in three years—to come together for a two-day event. The focus was on aligning 2025 strategies, building confidence in sales support, planning for Q1 growth, and fostering team connections. Attendees left energized and ready to tackle the year ahead. We were honored to have STG President Andrew McCauley, Hengstler-Dynapar GM of the Americas Sean Harrington, and Global Marketing Director Ryan Kirkendall join in person to share their leadership and vision, setting the tone for success. The team reflected on lessons from 2024, shared best practices, and developed growth strategies focused on SMFB, Industrial Encoders, Printers, and Channel Partners across Germany. New regions were also identified for future exploration, ensuring a strong plan for 2025. Yesterday, we observed Martin Luther King Jr. Day, a significant day of reflection and action in the United States.
