Erin Seabourne has been named the President/CEO of Hendrick Home for Children. She came to Hendrick Home for Children in 2013 as a caseworker and has been employed at Hendrick Home for over 11 years. She holds a master’s degree in Family Psychology from Hardin-Simmons University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Child Care Administrator. She’s also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and certified in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Seabourne previously served as the Hendrick Home for Children Executive Vice President and interim President and CEO, where she led significant program initiatives that improved the lives of countless youth and their families. She has a wealth of experience and a proven track record in nonprofit leadership with over 13 years of experience in child welfare and family services. Ms. Seabourne has served in various roles for the Association of Christian Childcare Administrators over nine years, including as Board President. She has received several awards for her outstanding service and leadership, including Abilene Young Professional’s “20 Under 40 Award in 2020”.
