The City of San Antonio Historic and Design Review Commission (HDRC) has approved the design for The Santa Rita - a 10-story residential tower and three-story retail building that will soon join the Hemisfair District! ????? Located on Market Street, The Santa Rita will offer a prime downtown living experience with residential spaces and retail offerings just steps away from the River Walk, Civic Park, and all that Hemisfair has to offer. This addition supports our commitment to sustainable growth, increasing downtown density, and enhancing the walkability of our urban core. On this Indigenous Peoples Day, we want to take a moment to honor the Payaya people, who originally inhabited the land we now call San Antonio.
