    You really don’t. Paying someone what they are worth can go a long way for them, their families, their situations. It makes a difference. When you pay someone their worth, not only are they more appreciative, you won’t have to waste time on replacing them, and happy employees lead to more productive employees. I was so thankful to have a recruiter advocate for me in a room full of opportunities to get me more than what I asked for. She was able to get the offer to go an extra 25%. I’ve never had anyone do that for me before and that increase makes a difference. Most companies pay people what they are worth when they are about to lose them, but they should pay them before and while they still have them. It makes a difference ??
