Well of course not?!? That's like an MSP client expecting specialized #Cybersecurity services when paying for basic managed service. Here’s the difference: ?? Tax Preparation This is the process of organizing your financial data, preparing forms, and filing your return accurately and on time. It’s about compliance—reporting what happened last year. ?? Tax Strategy This is proactive planning that helps you minimize your tax liability. It’s specific to you and is focused on building a forward looking plan. The reality? All CPAs focus on preparation, but not all focus on client strategy. Unless you’re explicitly paying for strategic advice, you're only paying for the preparation of a return. Which is probably costing you tax savings and potential hurting cash flow. ? What You Can Do 1?? Ask your CPA about their approach—do they offer tax planning services? 2?? If you are saying "how the hell can I track these metrics?" start with your bookkeeping and #PSA foundation. If ConnectWise Manage or HaloPSA are not setup for best practices and efficiency....
