Switching between multiple tables to manage data can be a real hassle. If you're using SmartSuite, there's a better way to make it all easier: the SmartSuite dashboard. Imagine having all your important data—clients, projects, and tasks—accessible from one place. With SmartSuite's record pickers, you can create a dashboard that visualizes everything you need without jumping back and forth between tables. Here's how it works: -Client Selector: Start by setting up a client selector. This widget allows you to pick any client and see all related projects linked to them. -Project Selector: Next, add a project selector that connects to your client selector. Choose a client, and instantly view all associated projects. -Task Selector: Finally, link your task selector to the project selector. Select a project, and see every task tied to it in real-time. With these selectors in place, you can quickly navigate through your data hierarchy—from clients down to individual tasks—all within one dashboard. Once set up, add a record display widget to view detailed information about each task directly from the dashboard. Update statuses or assign tasks without leaving the page.
