With Hello Insight, you’ll be able to understand, enhance, and share the impact you’re having on those you serve Hello Insight represents a growing community of over 750 youth-serving organizations, 1,500 programs, and 100,000 young people. Afterschool programs, summer camps, and youth-serving programs of all types learn from like-minded programs facing similar realities. Together, we all gain access to a new world of insights.

Thank you Nicole Bruskewitz (Coschool), Ellen Morgan (Templeton World Charity Foundation), Diana Beltran (YMCA Bogotá y Cundinamarca), and Juan Chong (ONG Comunidad Perú) for sharing your experience and recommendations ?? ?? A few ideas that I took home: ?? Sustaining a culture of evaluation depends on the organizational culture AND leaders' SEL capacity. You need humility, curiosity, and openness to reflect on and learn from evaluation results. ?? Evaluation goals need to be clear and shared across every actor. Even young people should be involved in setting goals and reflecting on data. ??♂? Do not be afraid to partner with others. Evaluation is hard and you can find support in other organizations. That's what we do at Hello Insight! Thanks YMCA America Latina & Caribe for putting this together ??
