Manila Coffee Festival 2024 Brews Success with HelixPay's Innovative Ticketing Solutions HelixPay fueled Manila Coffee Festival 2024’s strong return last March 15 to 17 at the Marriott Grand Ballroom’s MGBX Convention Hall. As a leading ticketing provider, HelixPay’s ticketing system helped ensure a smooth and easy experience for attendees and organizers to celebrate Filipino coffee culture and art. The festival engaged coffee enthusiasts and entrepreneurs with a great selection of exhibitors from the local coffee, cacao, and art industry. Audiences also enjoyed learning from KapeTalks hosted by experts from Newport World Resorts. This series of talks aimed to share exciting developments and processes in the Philippine coffee culture. By providing a platform for attendees to connect and learn from local growers, makers, and environmental advocates in the industry, the event helped strengthen relationships amongst stakeholders in the Philippines’ coffee community. HelixPay played a key role in the success of the Manila Coffee Festival 2024. With a custom ticketing site we created for the event, audiences were able to easily purchase tickets and merchandise beforehand to avoid long lines for walkins. Getting prepaid tickets allowed them to access the event conveniently—no need to bring out their wallets or printed tickets in line; just a quick scan of the QR code sent to their email and they will be given an MCF wristband to enter and exit the event grounds on their convenience. We also provided a custom wristband for two types of ticket holders in the event.
