The Helix team takes the concept of “continuous improvement” seriously and we love the “process” just as much as the “prize.” Today we met at the Estaury for our Q2 offsite where we reviewed our Q1 targets and so much more! We were able to hear the valued voices of our department leaders and strategize about how we can collectively improve! We were able to discuss things like: 1. What did we do well?????♂? 2. What did we do not-so-well?????♂? 3. What should we keep doing?????♂? 4. What should we stop doing?????♂? 5. What are our goalines for Q2?????♂? 6. How and who gets us there? ????♂? At Helix we “create sacred spaces for community” and that’s something we don’t take lightly! ?? #honored

WRAPPING UP ?? Construction on our next modular multifamily development is almost done! We are thrilled with the speed and efficiency of this build! Helix has been able to improve with each new project and we have to give a huge shoutout to Tony Miller and his team at EA Outdoor Services for handling a bunch of the heavy lifting. We’d also like to extend a thank you to our civil engineers at Kimley-Horn, all of the amazing subcontractors, and our sister company Volumod for producing these great triplexes! It takes a bunch of hands ?????????? to create community and we are thankful for all of them!??
