The Helix family had such an incredible time sharing the heart behind our mission and vision! About 40 community investors decided to spend their day with us! We were able to share stories of hope, some of our exciting investment pipeline opportunities , tour Volumod , and even take a bus tour to our most recently completed development, Alder Woods! It was so encouraging to be surrounded by so many people who are just as excited about impact investing as we are! ????

Helix 33 - Family ?? Jason Patterson, Operations Manager and Eli Marshall , President, invited their wives Ashley & Trista to the new Helix HQ location to help put some of the finishing touches on their space prior to transitioning to their new home later next week! Thankful for a company that values FAMILY so highly!

?? This bathroom in one of the air bnbs at The Estuary will be simply breathtaking! We are so excited to complete this project and allow the Spirit to move about. This special project has allowed the gifts of so many to be discovered, sharpened, and shared throughout the creation process and we are thankful for not just the finished product but also the journey??

T-minus 6 weeks! The Helix Development ?? family is excited to call this new space home! The buildout is now full steam ahead and we can’t wait to create in this new space and step into all that God has in store for us. We pray a blessing over these walls and cannot wait to watch His power at work!

Annnnnnd…..we are off to the races @ 2030 Communites in Cumberland! ????? Our modules have started “flying” and the roofs are being raised as we speak! The speed at which these modular developments become “vertical” is so powerful! Can’t wait to wrap the setting of the 162 units up in a matter of weeks and begin working toward filling them with heartbeats! ????

Next week is when the “modular magic” begins at our new development “2030 Communities” in Cumberland! 192 units will begin arriving on site and a vertical community will begin taking shape in the blink of an eye! ????

At the end of the day…. the “flesh and bones” mean far more to us than the “sticks and bricks.” At Helix we make it a priority to NEVER forget this and we are honored to have the opportunity to be a small part this wonderful story of community creation in our great state ?? #history #love #holyambition
