I'd like to give a huge thank you to Jason Spitzer and Helios Gear Products for the incredible opportunity to partake in an in-person factory acceptance in South Korea this past week. Getting to put my hands on our brand new Helios Hera 750 was an unbelievable experience. The machine, factory, Helios Gear Products, and Jason all exceeded my expectations. The hospitality, quality and craftsmanship from the factory was above and beyond exceptional. I can't wait to get the machine in our facility cutting parts. Looking forward to future projects like this with Helios! Not only was Jason there for the whole process, but he was also a wonderful travel partner and tour guide! What would a business trip to Korea be if there wasn't a little adventure? Between the hands on experience with the machine, the beautiful destination, and all of the amazing food this is a trip I will never forget. Our collaborative gear school with The Adams Company concluded yesterday with classroom sessions on gear cutting and inspection processes, an overview of best-practice setup techniques, an introduction to AGMA standards, and a detailed Q&A session. Attendees received a certificate of completion and have a new-found confidence in gear manufacturing knowledge, abilities, and communication. Cheers to the gear school grads! ????
