Position Overview: As a BCBA at Helianthus, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality support to our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective treatment plans. - Provide direct supervision and support to Behavior Technicians. - Monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans. - Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care. - Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards. Qualifications: - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. - Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
