A Day of Learning and Sharing at the The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce Business Summit! We had an incredible time attending the recent Chamber event in our community, where local businesses gathered to exchange ideas and insights. Our very own, Megan Alarid had the privilege of being part of the panel discussion. She shared valuable advice on starting a business, building the right team, supporting growth, and planning for succession. One of her standout tips was to avoid passion hiring whenever you lose a team member. She emphasized the importance of ensuring that the person you hire is an A.C.I.N.G. fit all around rather than settling for a quick fix. Her advice? Always be looking for superstar employees! The day was full of learning for our team as we soaked in advice from other amazing speakers. From tips on networking and financial planning to insights about innovative tools like CNAPP for network systems, we came away with fresh ideas to help our clients even more effectively.
