Arena Review #44 - Island Federal Credit Union Arena - Stony Brook, NY

Island Federal Credit Union Arena is the Seawolves' Home Arena for Men's Basketball and is located in Stony Brook, NY. The venue seats 4,160 and opened in 1990. Island Federal Credit Union Arena has hosted the America East Conference men's basketball tournament finals in 2012 and 2016, as well as the NBA G League Finals in 2019. Island Federal Credit Union Arena is a great medium-sized venue to take in a Division 1 College Basketball game. The crowd was ecstatic yesterday afternoon as the Stony Brook Seawolves played the William & Mary Tribe in an Coastal Athletic Association Conference Game. Stony Brook led Willam & Mary the entire game and pulled away late to win by the final score of 75-62. The Seawolves' Tyler Stephenson-Moore had 18 points and 6 rebounds while the Tribe's Trey Moss had 16 points and 4 assists in the defeat.

I would highly recommend visiting Island Federal Credit Union Arena if you are ever in Stony Brook, New York and are looking to take in a high quality Division 1 Basketball game as Island Federal Credit Union Arena is a great venue. Every seat at Island Federal Credit Union Arena has you up close to the action on the court and there isn't a bad seat to be had. I will give Island Federal Credit Union Arena 5 out of 5 stars as the medium-sized venue was electric and the fans were very passionate and engaged as well. I am looking forward to visiting several Arenas in Virginia next weekend. Until then.
