Brooks and Beth discussed important changes that will apply to all personal auto policies issued or renewed on or after July 1, 2025. Among the changes are an increase in minimum liability limits and revised definitions regarding underinsured vehicle, underinsured motorist offset, and the multi-claimant exception. Relationships are a cornerstone of our firm's culture which is why our Charlotte attorneys periodically gather after work to hang out while enjoying a few drinks. Our time was filled with laughter, great conversation, and a special celebration of partner, Brooke Mulenex, who marked another trip around the sun. Happy birthday, Brooke! It is always great to see everyone! #CompanyCulture #LawyerLife #HedrickGardner
