Steve Pattison has over three decades of experience in the high tech, financial services, and professional services industries. Based in California’s Bay Area, Steve has held numerous senior executive positions at major SaaS, Networking and Enterprise Software companies. Steve most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Sherpa Digital Media, a company in the enterprise video and streaming space, which was acquired by Telestream, Inc. in 2021, and Chief Operations Officer of Edgewater Networks, a leading provider of Network Edge Orchestration and Session Border Control Solutions, which was acquired by Ribbon Communications in 2018. Steve is very active in the venture capital community, having collaborated with numerous investment banking and venture capital firms on over 60 M&A and strategic funding transactions.
