From farm fields to kitchens, trucks to markets, immigrants power our local food system and economy. They grow our food, prepare our meals, and keep businesses like Hearty thriving. Policies that target and uproot immigrant families aren't just inhumane—they weaken our communities and small businesses. We've seen firsthand how essential immigrant workers are to food production and distribution, yet their contributions often go unseen. Now, as harmful rhetoric and policies make a comeback, we urge you to speak out. A just and resilient food system depends on the people who make it run. Let's stand together. #ImmigrantsAreEssential #wefeedyou #FoodJustice #CommunityPowered #DayWithoutImmigrants
