Welcome home, Leronna! Since 2016, she’s experienced incarceration, time in shelter, and time at inpatient treatment, and she and her brother had been experiencing homelessness since February of 2019. She started working with Hearts in May 2024 and now has a new place to call home through Roof Above’s homeful housing program! We are so excited for you, Leronna!

Tammy has a host of health issues making things difficult for her, and Ms. Pat became an amputee while unhoused.
