Members of the Hearts team will be there between 4:30-7pm. Please also consider bringing non-perishable food items to help us restock our pantry! Welcome home to this mom and daughter! These two are some of the most vulnerable and had been unhoused for quite some time. Tammy has a host of health issues making things difficult for her, and Ms. Pat became an amputee while unhoused.
