Last week, we had the privilege of co-hosting an event with AMEND Consulting and Heartland Ventures at the 1819 Innovation Hub to explore how businesses can maximize efficiency, productivity, and enterprise value with AI. Two panels highlighted approaches for embedding AI into business processes to drive sustainable growth and showcased real-world case studies demonstrating how AI solutions can help overcome operational challenges, optimize resources, and deliver measurable impacts on enterprise value. The takeaway was clear - leaders need to start the journey of implementing AI into their organizations. Start small by automating repetitive tasks, leveraging existing solutions based on your industry and use cases, and preparing your team for adoption. ????????????????: Pay attention to how VCs accomplish their due diligence. If VCs are constantly pestering you to make intros to your customers (or relying fully on Tegus), that means they don't have direct/natural access to those same customers themselves ?? (and therefore won't be able to help with future intros to other customers). VCs that will have the most post-investment value will be the ones that already are talking to your current customers because they have a strong network, and will be able to rally that same network after to become buyers.
