Fun week of team building Heartland Retirement Group! 04/19-04/21- My pards Kalvin Johnson and I took team JF Holdings to Nashville for an incentive trip to celebrate 1st quarter production. We are off to another record start to the year in 2024 and wanted to reward the top performers for their efforts. 04/21 PM- Quick pit stop back home in DSM for a special date with my ladies for the Glen Oaks Father/Daughter Dance 04/22-04/24- Off to Scottsdale for a leadership retreat with the Heartland Retirement Group leadership team and managing partners for some goalsetting, planning and leadership development training. But most of all some fun and team bonding. The entertaining week of traveling and celebrating the success of the organization got me thinking about how blessed I am to partner with an organization that has so many great leaders and talented individuals to learn from. The best part is that we all care about each other and love seeing each other succeed. One of my mentors Kit Curry, used to preach “you’re an average of the five people you hang out with most” and if that’s the case I am in the right place at HRG. I am very excited for the future of this company and the financial services industry as a whole.
