Since 1851, Travelers Aid Chicago has worked around the world to help passengers in crisis. For those traveling through Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport, Travelers Aid Chicago has been providing resources, referrals, crisis intervention, and protective travel services to passengers. A recent service recommendation excerpt follows: “I reached out to Travelers Aid in advance for a refugee friend. Was sent a detailed email, including captioned photos for guidance. This was perfect for someone still working on English proficiency. My friend was able to navigate a large, unfamiliar airport and is getting ready to see family she hasn’t seen in over 12 years!
