We would like to announce our newest project that we believe will help Veterans with transitioning from active duty like never before. We are teaching veterans how to train birds to be rap influencers on Tik Tok. Through our virtual bird feeder program, veterans can now own their own Webcam enabled Bird Feeder and play rap songs for their birds. This will enable making Tik Tok videos of birds making rap songs and sharing them all over the veteran community. Here are a few quotes from our veteran members. "I've been asking for something like this for years, I'm so bored at the motor pool cleaning used tires all the time" - PFC Smith "Tik Tok is where we're already spending most of our time at work in the vault, so this helps me work on me while getting Tik Toks done inside the classified workspace that doesn't allow me to get on my phone" - Major Doosh "I love watching my neighbor from my surveillance cam on the garage, while listening to Busta Rhymes, so this is right up my alley, thanks HoaA" - Col Rick "Uncle" Tuchee A one-time donation of $25 will buy a veteran a bird feeder and an Apple Music subscription for a year. Her commitment to coordinating humanitarian aid for Ukraine is nothing short of extraordinary. Additionally, being recognized as one of the 50 Women of 2023 Improving New York by City & State Magazine is a testament to Dr. Alla's impactful contributions. As we welcome Dr. Alla into her new role, we also extend a heartfelt farewell to Sarah Adams, a former CIA targeteer, who has played a pivotal role in building UNCN into a vital hub for humanitarian and logistics aid. "Grit Unleashed: Leading Through War, Mental Health, and Social Change." This series aims to share some perspectives from my eyes, but shared with so many of my peers and family. Lots of events have shaped these perspectives but they are rooted in being a first generation American, to Mexican immigrants parents, a 24-year Air Force tenure spanning global moves, combat deployments, and battles with PTS, anxiety, and depression. From military service to my current role at Hypergiant, the series weaves a tapestry of leadership, multiculturalism, and family commitment. I try to go beyond military anecdotes, exploring empowerment, empathy, and family resilience. The series illuminates personal passions amid life's upheavals. "Grit Unleashed" also aims to spark conversations on social change, urging a perspective that transcends boundaries, inspiring others to lead with empathy and resilience.
