HVP called our leaders to HQ for our semi-annual “on site” meeting last week.?In this most recent session, we reflected on our accomplishments in 2024, shared feedback on what we can do better, reviewed team-specific goals for the year ahead, and celebrated the hard work and camaraderie of our dedicated team.?At the end of our first day, we took a “brisk” walk outside through the Chicago Botanic Gardens and to enjoy their Lightscape exhibit before a team dinner together. As our team and company grow at an accelerated pace, it’s even more important to pause and appreciate each other and take a moment to express our gratitude for what we’ve accomplished and – more importantly – how and with whom we’ve reached this point in our journey. We were excited to attend the #CVTransforum Fall Conference 2024 in Denver last week. Our COO, Peter Burd, spoke on two panels, discussing the strategic role of Private Equity (PE) and Management Services Organizations (MSOs) in cardiovascular healthcare.
