HVP called our leaders to HQ for our semi-annual “on site” meeting last week.?In this most recent session, we reflected on our accomplishments in 2024, shared feedback on what we can do better, reviewed team-specific goals for the year ahead, and celebrated the hard work and camaraderie of our dedicated team.?At the end of our first day, we took a “brisk” walk outside through the Chicago Botanic Gardens and to enjoy their Lightscape exhibit before a team dinner together. As our team and company grow at an accelerated pace, it’s even more important to pause and appreciate each other and take a moment to express our gratitude for what we’ve accomplished and – more importantly – how and with whom we’ve reached this point in our journey.
