With over two decades of expertise in organizational development, conflict resolution, and strategic inclusion, Dr. Graham has been instrumental in fostering cultures of belonging across academia and corporate industries. His leadership spans roles as Ombudsperson at Princeton University, San Diego State University, and the The University of Kansas, as well as global executive positions at Nielsen and The University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Some of Diedrick’s key achievements include, transforming workplace cultures through Inclusive Excellence strategic plans, designing impactful training on JEDI principles, communication, and conflict resolution, establishing effective conflict resolution systems, enhancing workplace harmony, and developed accountability frameworks that drive meaningful institutional change. Dr. Graham’s leadership at Healy+ continues to inspire transformation, empowering organizations to create workplaces where inclusion and strategy go hand in hand. Campus Safety Roundtable Brings Higher Education Leaders Together at Texas Christian University On Friday, February 14th, The Healy+ Group and Cozen O'Connor hosted a Campus Safety Roundtable at Texas Christian University. The event brought more than 40 leaders from 16 separate institutions in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in campus public safety, Title IX, athletics, student affairs, legal, and Clery compliance. In addition to the Healy+ and Cozen teams sharing best practices and updates on relevant campus safety topics, the roundtable also provided the opportunity for institutional colleagues from across the DFW region to connect with one another to share common challenges and opportunities for advancing campus safety efforts.
