  • Anyone else feeling rough at the moment? There are so many bugs out there - they seem to have been at the gym and on steroids this year! Week before last it was my son, then it got me. And it got me big time! Not just physically (111 sent paramedics!), but mentally too. Due to the lack of sleep, no energy, routine out the window, cancelled calls and brain not functioning properly the negative thoughts popped in there. Thankfully I was able to recognise it and supercharge my resilience toolkit - this kind of thing can knock you off course for months! It's normal to feel low when you feel ill, but if your energy and your motivation disappears then it can take you twice as long to recover. So I've supercharged my hydration, my vitamin intake, my gratitudes & self compassion and adjusted my plans and expectations so my motivation & drive doesn't take a beating.

    There is a direct correlation between sales, productivity, company growth and wellbeing. The science of positive psychology drives an increase in: ?? Sales ?? Productivity ?? Engagement ?? Resilience ?? Collaboration ?? Innovation ?? Loyalty Achieving all of this does not come from nice to have gimmicky wellness initiatives, it comes from building foundations from a proven framework & techniques to optimise teams by preventing stress, improving productivity and growing revenues. You can teach sales people to sell or throw all your budget at wellness initiatives all you want, but if they don't have the foundations to prevent stress then they are at risk of reduced productivity, reduced performance, sickness & long term absence or burnout.
