    Give me 2 min and I'll teach you how to manage your portfolio of offers. Use brand architecture. It is a framework to manage the relationship of all your brands, between each other and with your customers. It helps you determine hierarchy and where to spend your money. The spectrum of different architectures span: ? Branded house ? One brand rules them all ? Sub-brands ? Primary brand leading the secondary brand ? Endorsed brands ? Secondary brand supported by primary brand ? House of brands ? A brand for every customer segment (no relationship) When you have a brand architecture: ? Clear brand market fit ? Efficient resourcing ? Scalable growth When you don't have a brand architecture: ? Confusing ? Expensive to manage ? Growth becomes untenable Most marketers don't understand brand architecture, and that's a miss. But it's only because this is not taught anywhere. Questions to help you figure it out: ? Are they serving the same customer segment? ? If they are, they may benefit from being the same brand ? Do they add equity to the parent brand? ? If they do, consider a branded house or sub-brand ? Do they pose a new risk to the parent brand? ? If yes, consider a standalone brand Don't leave your brand to chance.     By 2045, 1 in 8 adults, approximately 783 million, will be living with diabetes. Scary as that projection may be, it really hits home when it's not just a number, when it's your family. My mother-in-law My grandmother My uncles My aunts Are all facing this devastating disease. People with diabetes are more likely to also have: Heart, stroke and vascular disease Chronic Kidney Disease Dementia Obesity etc... That's just so much suffering... So on June 1st for the second time together with my kids, we will be riding in the annual Tour De Cure in Minnesota, raising money for the American Diabetes Association. My 8 year old will attempt 16 miles, I will probably pull my 4 year old in a Burley. (Snacks, screams and all ??) ???? I am targeting to raise $5,000 for this event! ????
