Healthy Goals Healthy Living (HGHL) is a health and wellness company that works 1:1 with each client helping them achieve their health goals. Since 2019 our team of 70 independent consultants have coached our clients to gain a healthier mindset and to live a healthier lifestyle, so that they can thrive personally and professionally. The Habits of Health program, created by Dr. Wayne Anderson, who is the co-founder of Optavia, created this amazing program that has led thousands of our clients to lose thousands of pounds. The second part of HGHL is our focus on restoring memory and enhancing brain function through nutrition.   • Last evening, I had the opportunity to speak on a podcast that was broadcast out of Brazil. The participants were from different countries located all over the world. The topic was “Coping with Uncertainty.” These were some of the key points that we discussed. Embrace Uncertainty as Growth: Uncertainty is a part of life, and how we respond can determine our personal and professional growth. By shifting our mindset to see uncertainty as an opportunity, we can better navigate change and find new pathways forward. Focus on What You Can Control: When uncertainty arises, it’s easy to get caught up in what’s outside of our control. Instead, focus on actionable steps you can take in the present, which can reduce anxiety and create a sense of stability. Practice Mindfulness and Self Care: Uncertainty often brings stress.
