The Healthy Communities Delaware initiative is seeking an equity-focused, collaborative leader to help improve health and equity in underserved communities. In this role, you'll build and manage partnerships, support community-based organizations, and coordinate resources to create healthier, safer communities. Experience Required: ??Education: 4-year degree required, master’s preferred (MPH, MPA, MPP, etc.) ??Experience: 8+ years in community planning, development, or public health ??Community needs assessments & planning ??Project planning, implementation, and evaluation ???Knowledge of social determinants of health (e.g., housing, education, transportation) ??Strong understanding of Delaware’s community development and nonprofit sectors Compensation and Benefits: ?? Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 ?? Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and more ???
