A new study out of Science Advances found that chronic exposure to #extremeheat accelerates cellular aging, just like chronic smoking does. The study followed residents of Phoenix and found that people who lived in areas with more than 6 months of temperatures higher than 90 degrees F had 14 more months of biological aging.
