Last week we were honored to be joined by three amazing panelists for our Women's History Month Equity Conversation. We spoke with Dr. Ruth Michaelis, Family Physician and Clinical Director – Academic Education Program, HealthPoint, Dr. Danielle Ung, Director of Clinical Training and Associate Professor, Department of Counseling and Health Psychology at Bastyr University; and Gabrielle Miles, MBA, Contracts Procurement Agent, Boeing and former Vice President of the National Association of Black Accountants. The conversation centered around the impact of women in leadership, mentorship, and education in the health care space and in the wider community. Our panelists all have dedicated their careers to mentorship and education, and took the time to share their stories, work, and journeys with us. Public Health – Seattle & King County is offering one-on-one support for those looking to obtain a food permit. Meet with a staff member for support in getting started, submitting plans for review, permit fees, and serving safe food to the public. Drop in hours are Tuesday, March 25th from 10 AM to 2 PM at El Centro de la Raza.

Hello from our Rapid Process Improvement Workshop Team! ?? The RPIW team is made of members from across the organization with the goal to streamline our processes and utilize HealthPoint Lean Management System methodology in our work. They came together for three days to brainstorm and simulate different ideas. We're excited to implement their ideas to improve our processes!
