Describe your career journey at Healthfirst and where you would like to see it go?? Six years ago, I joined Healthfirst as a Project Coordinator. Since then, I've been a Project Manager, Scrum Master and now Senior Scrum Master. Ultimately, I'd like to lead strategic initiatives and mentor others. What is something you’re passionate about that motivates you to continue in your career?? I admire Healthfirst's philosophy to provide access to high quality, accessible, and affordable healthcare to New Yorkers. What accomplishment are you most proud of so far in your career?? I'm most proud of assisting on two unprecedented initiatives that have enhanced member experience, Healthfirst's operational efficiencies, and my critical thinking skills.
