We are a non-profit consulting firm that that provides the government and private clients with innovative and evidence-based consultation, education, tools and resources that measure and improve the quality, safety and value of person-centered health care. Healthcentric Advisors, has held the Medicare Quality Improvement Organization contract for the state of Rhode Island since 1996. Over the past 19 years, our organization has leveraged its QIO experience, growing its expertise and corporate experience in all health care settings. We don’t provide direct care — we work with providers of direct care, both locally and nationally, to constantly strive to improve care provided to patients. Our clients include: health care providers (e.g. hospitals, physician practices, nursing homes), government agencies (e.g. health department, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) and private organizations. With a staff of over 50 physicians, nurses, educators, analysts and other health care professionals, the health care industry views us as a leader in quality improvement, coalition building, individualized care, health information technology and electronic health records (EHRs).
