Here are some highlights from our recent all-provider meeting! This quarter, our all-provider meeting centered around collaboration and innovation to enhance care to our patients. ? Update from Dr. Jaime Khemraj (CMO): Dr. Khemraj provided valuable updates on current projects and shared goals for the months ahead, ensuring everyone is aligned in our mission to deliver exceptional patient care. ?? Population Health Brainstorm: Providers engaged in a hands-on group exercise, generating ideas to close care gaps and improve the patient experience at Healthcare Network. ?? Telehealth Update: We explored how telehealth is improving access to care, especially for patients in underserved areas. Technology continues to bridge gaps and bring quality care to more people. ?? Farewell to Dr. Jose Quero: After 30 years of dedicated service, we celebrated Dr. Quero’s remarkable contributions to Healthcare Network and wished him all the best in his retirement. His legacy of compassionate care will always be remembered. Here is how: One of the many locations that Healthcare Network’s Community Outreach Team visits is Goodlette Arms Apartments, a low-income senior living complex offering affordable housing. Humberto, a current resident at Goodlette Arms, shared his perspective on the importance of Healthcare Network’s services: “We remind everyone here when the team is coming to visit. It’s a chance to do a check-up, to encourage others to come and have their blood pressure taken, learn about their health status, manage any diabetes issues, and stay in control of their health.
