Last week, we convened the Chicago Dept Public Health Community Health Worker CBO Hub Design Steering Committee. Together, we are co-creating a model for a network of CBO providers to recieve revenue from the Medicaid program when CHW payment is available as well as provide services that align with the 1115 Demonstration. So glad to spend time with this group, our CDPH colleagues and my Health Management Associates colleagues Heidi Arthur, Nayely Chavez, Veena Sundar and Debra Carey.
