Based in Buffalo, NY with a second office in Syracuse, the Health Foundation serves the eight counties of western New York, including Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans and Wyoming, as well as the counties of Cayuga, Cortland, Herkimer, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego and Tompkins in central New York. The Health Foundation for Western & Central New York is inviting proposals from potential faculty for our Health Leadership Fellows program. ? The Fellows program includes?four residential sessions?led by faculty on various topics. We are seeking a team of?at least two consultants?to serve as faculty for the first session, including administering pre-session work, developing session content, and leading the three-day session. ? The topic of the first residential session is the Individual as a Leader. The session must be delivered with a racial equity perspective, using the principles of trauma-informed care. ?
