The Health Foundation for Western & Central New York is inviting proposals from potential faculty for our Health Leadership Fellows program. ? The Fellows program includes?four residential sessions?led by faculty on various topics. We are seeking a team of?at least two consultants?to serve as faculty for the first session, including administering pre-session work, developing session content, and leading the three-day session. ? The topic of the first residential session is the Individual as a Leader. The session must be delivered with a racial equity perspective, using the principles of trauma-informed care. ?
