    At Heady, we’re always exploring new ways to strengthen our team culture as we continue to evolve as a company. Our Director of People Operations, Madeeha Khan, recently attended a Lattice event and shared these takeaways ?? “I recently had the opportunity to attend a super insightful event hosted by Lattice. We dove into the key findings from the 2025 State of People Strategy report (https://hubs.ly/Q02_C9700) — an excellent resource for People professionals as we head into 2025! These findings in particular stood out to us as we are navigating similar focus areas at Heady: ? Culture and people strategy are no longer just HR's responsibility—they're shared priorities for managers and leaders across the organization. It was energizing to discuss how we, as People teams, can partner with managers to drive this forward. ? Employee engagement remains a top focus for People teams in 2025. As expectations around work continue to evolve, keeping teams engaged and connected has never been more critical. Beyond the data, the event fostered great conversations. We broke into discussion groups and exchanged ideas with fellow People professionals, gaining valuable insights into what’s working (and not) in other organizations. It was inspiring to hear so many approaches to building better workplaces and to experience that sense of community and shared focuses. Thank you to Lattice for creating this space for learning and connection!
