EVK DI Kerschhaggl GmbH became part of the DNA of Paul. He is with us since his apprenticeship 17 years ago. He made his way from Production to Professional Services, became COO and Head of Sales for EMEA and will play an important role in the integration process with the Headwall Group. “I need customer contact. Although I switched from PS to C-Level in Operations I kept in touch with our customer base. I love that about EVK DI Kerschhaggl GmbH – I can take ownership, I can decide about my time and how to work, I have impact on where the journey goes and I feel appreciated.” This is very true as Paul Fuchs always gets the best ratings from his team and is highly respected by management and customers. How does he manage to do his job so well, while finishing a master's degree extra-occupational and building a house for his family? “My attitude is: Get shit done.
