Thanks to all of our recent grants and fundraisers, we are able to get to work on our learning modules! We are so excited to have an additional resource available to Heads Up youth. The official launch date is set for September 15th. In each learning module there are videos, writeups, quizzes and more! Below are the list of topics with a possibility of 3 additional being added. Importance of Digital Detox Mindful Tech Use Strategies Social Media Approval Effects Combating Cyberbullying Social Media and Self-Esteem Technology's Impact on Communication Digital Wellness and Quality of Sleep Digital Privacy and Data Security Promoting Positive Online Communities Balancing Online and Offline Interactions

Exciting news! Heads Up has received a $2000 grant from Youth in Philanthropy! ?? Huge shoutout to our dedicated board member Taylor Andy for discovering this opportunity. With this support, we're one step closer to spreading our mission of digital wellness.
