?? We're delighted to share that site preparation has started for Flats V! Flats V will be the first affordable senior community built in Wilmington, Delaware, in many years. Notably, 41 of the 53 units are supported by HUD 202 rental subsidies, ensuring that these apartments are deeply affordable—meaning more access for those who are most vulnerable and marginalized. This is the fifth phase of the Flats that HDC has developed in partnership with the Todmorden Foundation. We’re excited to take part in celebrating the upcoming groundbreaking!
