HealthVision, The Intelligent Health Management System
医疗分析软件
HDAI allows clinicians to work smarter, not harder. HealthVision, the Intelligent Health Management System, is transforming care across health systems & value-based care organizations. Three key value sources: *Intelligent Health Records are one-page chart summaries that distill hundreds of pages contained in a typical electronic health record into a one-page holistic view of a patient’s medical history, including quantifying the most important risks. *Intelligent Workflows allow health systems & ACOs to precisely target patients with the greatest opportunity to optimize outcomes and utilization measures, including readmissions, ED visits, mortality, hospice, extended length of stay, & SNF utilization. *Intelligent Performance Analytics profile utilization, outcomes, & costs for every individual healthcare provider, facility, & organization in the US. This provides health systems with a granular understanding of area providers, enabling them to optimize their referral networks.

We spend trillions delivering care in capacity-constrained hospitals while doctors and nurses are burned out and medical needs are growing as the US population ages. Recently Nassib Chamoun presented at the Texas Medical Center AI Summit, discussing how you can address these issues and bend that curve by proactively identifying those patients before, during, and after hospitalization and in the community.? Using HDAI’s HealthVision, health systems and value-based care organizations are driving down unplanned admissions and targeting post-discharge care with precision that makes the most of their scarce resources while improving the chances that patients will get the care they need in the community. #AIinhealthcare #valuebasedcare

Sharing Dr. Spencer Dorn's recent article that highlights?the significance of AI summaries and their rise and importance in healthcare. Notably, "High-quality summaries are accurate, clear, and logical. They are comprehensive yet succinct. They are trustworthy." We couldn't agree more and would add one more characteristic which is often overlooked – cost effectiveness. But getting this right is not trivial. We are constantly improving, testing, and updating our HDAIAssist solution with clinicians to deliver high-quality summaries that save time, reduce burnout, and help improve outcomes of care. https://lnkd.in/eTzsMEkx

"Using HDAI’s HealthVision, health systems and value-based care organizations are driving down unplanned admissions and targeting post-discharge care with precision that makes the most of their scarce resources while improving the chances that patients will get the care they need in the community."
The big picture of US healthcare is not rosy. We spend trillions delivering care in capacity-constrained hospitals while doctors and nurses are burned out and medical needs are growing as the US population ages. Something has to give. ? Last week I spoke at the Texas Medical Center AI Summit. The afternoon kicked off with my friend and newly appointed VP of Clinical & Outcomes Research at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston) Dr. Daniel Sessler, a renowned researcher who has published over 1,000 clinical peer reviewed papers. Dr. Sessler's presentation focused on the alarming fact that postoperative adverse events make up the 3rd leading cause of death in the world, many of these preventable. Building on that, I reported that in the US, 6% of the population account for up to 40% of adverse events, but also excess length of stay, readmissions, mortalities, and costs. In collaboration with our partners at Houston Methodist, Buena Vida Y Salud, and many others, Health Data Analytics Institute (HDAI) has shown that you can bend that curve by proactively identifying those patients before, during, and after hospitalization and in the community. Using HDAI’s HealthVision, health systems and value-based care organizations are driving down unplanned admissions and targeting post-discharge care with precision that makes the most of their scarce resources while improving the chances that patients will get the care they need in the community. At the patient level, our LLM-powered HDAIAssist tools sift and summarize the mountains of data in these highly complex patients’ charts, saving significant time searching the medical charts and improving clinician satisfaction. ? Yes, something has to give. I’m confident that massive positive change is in sight. ?? Too many high-risk patients return to the hospital after being discharged. AI and predictive analytics play an important role in identifying these patients in real-time before they leave the hospital, enabling proactive, personalized care that can keep them healthy at home and reduce future readmissions. #HealthcareonLinkedIn #predictiveanalytics #healthcareAI
