Erin began her career with HCF in 2020 as the Lead Referral Management Specialist for our Heritage Home Care team. In 2024, Erin transferred to the Benefits Coordinator role for Home Office.?Erin has done an amazing job coming into a new role. We were celebrated for being the care community that cared for the most residents in the organization from June-December! Nema’s journey with HCF began at Crestview Manor in June 2000 as a ward clerk. Over the years, she has exemplified growth and perseverance: ? Became a Nursing Assistant in 2007 ? Earned her LPN License in 2008, serving as an Infection Control Nurse ? Achieved her RN in 2016, taking on roles as Case Manager and DON at Crestview Manor ? Joined the Home Office in 2019 as the Regional Director of Clinical Services Her unwavering commitment and resourcefulness have made her an invaluable asset to our Care Communities and DONs. Outside of work, Nema loves vacationing, sports betting, and cheering on the Baltimore Ravens. ????
