Signal Hill Park is almost ready to play ball in City of Manassas Park! ? Yesterday, home plate and the bases were installed along with more infield dirt. Thank you to R&B Mobile Crushing for the donation of the bases, Total Development Solutions for the crew, Shirley Contracting Company, LLC for the supervision, Luck Stone for the dirt, and Bobcat Company/Winchester Equipment Co for the equipment. Tomorrow, Virginia Silt Services, LLC. will install sod as the project reaches completion! The HCCA Leadership Institute has been given the special challenge of completing TWO community service projects this year.2???? The softball field at Signal Hill Park in the City of Manassas Park needed some love.. so we pulled weeds, leveled the infield, cut a nice, new outfield line, and added new dirt.
