In celebration of Corporate Compliance & Ethics Week, we want to celebrate Marissa McDaniel, Lead Pharmacy Technician, as being named an Ethical Exemplar! Marissa moved into this new role over the summer. She has handled the many new challenges of this role with grace, and has helped elevate the department as a whole. Marissa has taken on several new projects, all while maintaining a positive attitude despite the initial learning-curve or an unforeseen roadblock. To improve communication and accountability within the department, Marissa initiated weekly pharmacy technician huddles. She continues to serve as a confident resource for her colleagues, yielding questions, following through on concerns, and strengthening trust.
